So I have decided to have a draw. It is really easy to enter. All you have to do is register for the TB Race on this Blog. Registration take the form of your name, email adress and how many TB's you planning to entre into the race.

Then on the 4 January I will have a quick draw and announce the 5 winners. So register now and stand a chance to win a TB.

Start of Race

Well with us being in Dec I've realised that due to all the festivities there will be a number of people not in town to make the Start of the TB race event. And to top it all to get reasonably priced TB's are proving to be harder than expected. So I’m planning the TB race to start on Sun 19th of January so the event will be held on the 18th of January 2014. This should gives us all enough time to sort out our TB’s for the race. I will receive TB's by the 20th December so if you need any you can collect them from me.

31 Days of Geocaching in August has led to a number of things including our very first TB race. I'm hoping to keep this site updated with all the information with results to rules, registration, points, bonus points and  naturally the leaders board.

The idea behind the race is to get all TB registered on Geocaching site with the prefix of CPE. ie you want your TB to be called  Rover then register it as CPE Rover. This will facilitate in getting the TB's easier to track for me.

My thoughts are as follows:

For the race to start on 1 Jan and end 31 Dec (a full calendar year).
Have a event before the race starts or on race day (ie 1 Jan) to get all the TB's together.
To place them in a TB hotel in PE and take it from there.

All rules and points are currently still up for debate so you can comment on these as well.

I have a registration page to determine how many TB's will be in the race. By filling this in I will also have your email. I will not use this for spam but will be able to keep you all informed more accurately with the details of race especially as the race progresses.

Just so that you know this is my first time blogging and hopefully with the help of a few friends all will go well.
